Update on Kelly Dodd and husband Rick Leventhals new home!

Kelly Dodd of The Real Housewives of Orange County and her husband Rick Leventhal have a new house in California.
They bought a home in Newport Beach, California in October and at present, they are busy building a home in Palm Springs.
Kelly went on to her Instagram story to walk around the empty plot of land with architect Gordan Stein and builder Nate Rucker.

She said,

“We just bought this lot. 2.32 acres. We’re gonna build it, and they’re gonna come. That’s right. And it’s right next to Elizabeth’s. We got a very, very famous architect, Gordon Stein. And a very, very famous, famous builder. He does all the people at The Madison Club.”

Just two weeks before they kept the house of Westhampton Beach for sale for $1.395 million. Her husband Rick revealed that he and Kelly met at the place so it would always be special for them.

But they are on West Coast Now so they are selling the property. They hope that in the future if they move back to the East, they would build a home in Hamptons.

They have been renting out the property for the past nine years. Likewise, Kelly revealed,

“It’s been a terrific income property, and will continue to be. We don’t need to sell but decided weeks ago to test the market since inventory is so low and demand is so high out East.”
