Tim Tucker Biography
Tucker is an American former golf player, caddie and entrepreneur.
He was born on June 26, 1968, in Coos Bay, Oregon.
Tucker played in the 2007 US Mid Amateur at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.
He also appeared at the Pacific Northwest Men’s Amateur Championship reaching the last 16.
Tucker spent four years in the U.S Air force, and also worked as a security officer for the U.S States Department before commencing his career as a caddie.
Tucker started caddying for Bryson DeChambeau at the 2016 Memorial tournament and continued to do so until the middle of 2017, switching caddies to Micah Fugitt before reuniting with Tucker in early 2018.
However, DeChambeau and 54-year-old Tucker departed in 2021.
After leaving the bag of Bryson DeChambeau in July 2021, Tucker returned to Bandon Dunes where he used to caddie and began a luxury bus service called LOOP Golf Transportation.
Tucker’s company has four buses that each offer eight captain’s chairs along with a full bathroom, flat-screen TV, sound system and beverage bar.
Just six months after launching LOOP Golf Transportation, Tucker helped lift Adam Svensson to the best finish of his career at Waialae, a tie for seventh. The businessman and caddie believe the 28-year-old from British Columbia, Canada has a ton of potential.
