Hollie Shearer is modeling workout gear! In a new social media post the singer shows off her amazing body in a new exercise set. She shared a photo of the "amazing pieces" via her Instagram Stories. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Hollie battles anxiety and panic attacks. "If I ever do have them, I know what to do. I know to be like, I actually had a little one the other day and I was like proud of myself, because my whole body didn't freeze," she revealed during the Reflections podcast. "It was just one hand. I felt it coming. And I was like, 'oh, oh no, I'm gonna have a panic attack.' And I was in the car with someone, and I really didn't wanna freeze cause I'd be so embarrassed. So I was like doing my breathing. I managed to calm my breathing and do all of that."

Hollie also maintains that exercise helps with her stress. "I know if I'm having a low day or feeling anxious or anything, what would help me is going to the gym. Cause I love working out." According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

Hollie prioritizes self-care. One of her go-to rituals? Eating Ben and Jerry's ice cream while lounging in bed with a face and under eye mask. "Self-care," she captioned the snap.

Hollie is a coffee drinker. "Hot coffee season," she captioned one of many photos of herself drinking coffee. A 2022 study published in European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.

Hollie makes sure to hydrate. In this set of photos from the Maldives she plays in the ocean, while drinking a coconut. Shearer captioned the post, "Paradise Island." According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
