Greg Lipstone Takes Over TV/Media Unit At ICM
LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — ICM has tapped veteran Greg Lipstone to solely head up its international television and media unit, a role he has until very recently shared with agent Steve Wohl, Variety has reported. Consequently, Wohl has taken his leave from ICM.
The change comes as ICM is looking to expand the unit and it has brought on two new agents, Steven Grossman and Dana-Lee Schuman, upping the total in the division to 8.
"We've been growing it and looking to continue that growth curve," ICM president Chris Silbermann told Variety "What Greg brings to it are these deep relationships with the BBC and Granada and all of these international companies. Some of that programming is reality, like 'Dancing With the Stars' or 'Kitchen Nightmares,' and some of it is scripted."
Lipstone joined ICM in 2005 after nearly two decades with WMA. His portfolio will include repping a number of domestic and international production firms such as BBC Worldwide Prods, Granada America & 12 Yard Productions and includes properties such as "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and "The Tyra Banks Show." – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
